I had my first colonic today and wasn’t sure what to expect. The experience was so much better than I expected and the space was clean and comfortable. Dana made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything before and during the session and was informed on what to eat (and not) for the rest of the day. I felt immediate results with feeling lighter and less bloated. Fantastic experience for a first-timer and will definitely return!

Before scheduling my appointment at Blue Lagoon Holistic Colonic Med Spa, they informed me they would charge $6 extra from my $74 Groupon purchase because they charge that extra charge for Groupon purchases. I notified them that wasn’t detailed in Groupon. They informed me that they aren’t using Groupon anymore because they aren’t making enough money on Groupon and they charge the extra $6 to make up for what they aren’t making off Groupon. Blue Lagoon Holistic Colonic Med Spa listed that the colon hydrotherapy is priced at $125 at their facilities but when I arrived there I noticed that their actual price listed on their walls is really $80. So now it makes sense why they Groupon users the extra $6. The extra $6 charge is to add up to their original price of $80. This is very deceptive of their business. The female staff who welcomed me was very pleasant and helped made the procedure easy for my first time but I still felt deceived from them charging me extra to hit their price point. That is bad business. Btw they took down the prices from their walls after my visit and my conversation with them about the prices on the walls. I’m only giving a 3 because the lady front desk staff was very nice and made the experience better.

I am in love and light with this healing space. I have not been for a colonic since Covid and lost touch with my previous practitioner. I must say it was worth the wait to find such a health and healing gem. Thank you Dana and your lovely staff attending to me and my sister today. See you again soon. Infinite blessings.

By far, the services are very comfortable, and I could see immediate results. Dana was caring, informative, possessing of perfect timing and down to earth in her observations that are never imposed. Further, the spa is not at all pushy in their professional, marketing or interpersonal nature. Instructions are very clearly provided, and this proactive approach also makes an enormous difference.

Real real real review here. Great professional service made me feel conformable doing one of there procedures. Not to loud no chitter chatter like most places in the city which drives me crazy. In and out. I come all the way from the bronx just for them. Fast appointment convenient and great pricing. Highly recommend it.

The front desk is amazing. She’s very well knowledgeable. During my colonic she helped me during the process, making sure I was comfortable and checking up on me. She made my husband and mother feel comfortable, she’s truly amazing.

I was super nervous about going in. But it was totally worth it! I felt such relief after 5 mins. They were very comforting and professional. If you have the chance to try a colon cleanse, I highly recommend taking it. After my cleanse, I felt much lighter and more refreshed. The service was excellent, and the whole experience was truly unique.

Dana is awesome. She is a true professional and took care of me. I highly recommended this place. Very clean and they are truly professionals in what they do from beginning to end .she guided me and helped me with all my concerns , pains and fears . At the end her husband gave great advice on eating habits and recommendations on how to improve my gut health !
